Any Formidine Rift POI list?

Need some help locating comprehensive list of POI located in Formidine Rift. Just yesterday abborted my venture into it as at it edge I find out my 30ly jump exploration ship aint gona do it there and on my way back into bubble to strip it down to last nail. Would like to come back a bit more prepared and with premade list of abandoned locations and probes that community already knows for to wisit and poke my nose around. Im certain I did find some list in past while reading about Zurara but right now cant find any stupid 0_o If there is any list that is and do even anybody still explore that ingame mystery?
