JPP said:Hi
with the beta 3.05, I was able to join large private group (the one I created had 70 friends) to play with 20 others humans in same federal distress.
now with gamma, I traveled to SOL and I could not meet my friend, either in open or private game.
I suspected large group to overload the 'matching player process' so I shrinked my friend list down to 10.
In this configuration, I was able to see 1 old fried (ZeroCelsius) but as soon as I invited him as friend, we couldn't see each other.
Then I shrink my friend list to 1 friend (Derenoth) and over a game session of 2 hours we are able to play together 1 hour (the rest of the time struggling to be in contact through your servers/instances stuff)
Another friend of mine (sufuric odin) said he has 65 friends in his list without trouble to meet other player.
What is wrong?
When we will be able to simply play together?
When the open and private group will work as expected (start & play) ?
PLEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASE!

I'll need improved netlogs from both you and your friend when you are able to reproduce this issue. This means I need you both to perform the following:
Please access your AppConfig.xml which can be found in your game directory and open this in Notepad. You'll see a block near the bottom named "Network". Please insert the following lines somewhere in that block -
ReportSentLetters="1"
ReportReceivedLetters="1"
VerboseLogging="1"
This will produce a more detailed NetLog for us. If you could, please save your AppConfig file with these lines and then load the game again. After you close the game the NetLog can be found in your game directory with the date and time of your play session in the title. Attach this log to this ticket and let us know when you have done so.
Please also ensure you can attach the netLogs from your friend as well as your own and ensure that they are all named appropriately so we can confirm whose netLogs belong to who.
Thank you very much for your cooperation and patience.
