The short answer is "No." The longer answer is that some are finding nice collections of low-paying missions that total up to a fair chunk of cash. I myself have yet to stumble upon one of these clusters of missions, so I've basically given up being a passenger pilot.

Yes, I am finding plenty of 2 or 3 stop rich tourist/CEO missions for 2 to 5 mil that I complete in my python in about <45mins. Did one yesterday for >5.

The point is, if you flit from place to place looking for these missions with big payouts, you are unlikely to find them. You need to stick with a system and work missions locally, even stacking low-paying data missions, just to build the rep in local systems. Then, as rep builds, you will start seeing the higher payers.

The opportunity cost of speculating on finding a big cash system is so high that you're better off going with one of the established systems and repping up there. Plus, who knows what FDev will change by the time you find that new jackpot system? IMO, this one of the most frustrating Skinner Boxes of ED.
