True though, it can be avoided entirely by popping in here for a bit, for e.g.
Also, mode switching is near counter-productive at the moment as it seems to encourage the insta-fail.
Another odd thing is that sometimes all of your missions will complete apart from maybe 1 or 2. Only seen this happen with public datapoints, so just hop back in the buggy and scan it again.
Fortunately not seen it with private ones, my driving tends to get a little erratic under fire.
