Any idea why one cannot land on this planet?

According to the description, this planet has an atmospheric pressure of 0.00 but I can't land on it. Does anyone have any idea why this is?

Could it be because of the volcanism? Have they included planets with that in Odyssey?

Probably Raxxla, and they want you to land there yet.

Something I missed too, but only planets with the blue half circle is landable.

Extremely volcanic worlds - Io-like rocky moons like that, or the "mostly lava" metal-rich/HMCs - aren't landable regardless of atmospheric pressure. They were similarly unlandable in Horizons.
