yes your pic is showing private info for public viewing for your protection as suggested take that down now

I unlinked Steam and relinked with the same result. One of the weird things about this is that the error pops up as soon as I press the login button. No waiting, no nothing...

Everything is exactly as it was last night when I was playing. The only difference is that this morning I am getting this error.
Can you try going through a VPN to see if that overcomes this network error?
I suggest you use the log of machine function in the launcher options

Just close / start launcher until blue button happens. Do not touch / enter/ change any thing. Just keep restart each once per 3-5 mins until it will work.
Also you may check if your local network works ok, also windows update could remove expired https certificates. But in 99% of cases 2-3 restarts of the launcher is enough.
Thank you very much. I've never used it before but I turned on my McAfee VPN and now the launcher loads with no problem. I'm gonna go and try to enter the game now. . .

I have no explanation for this but after turning the VPN on I was able to get the launcher to load and then send me into the games main screen. Once there though I wasn't able to connect to the servers. So anyways I turned off the VPN and restarted the game. Launcher & Main Screen loaded fine and I am now sitting in my ship at Mawson Dock...
