Any ideas what to do here?

Hi all,

I’ve got a bit of dead space in my zoo, the rocks you can see are the roof to a large underground eating space for guests, I can’t figure out how to cover the rocks with terrain so I’m stuck with this mess. (I think the stairs which are under the rocks are preventing the ground covering them)

It’s not a huge area, and doesn’t really offer the space for an exhibit.

thanks!

How did you try to get the terrain over there exactly? And do you have the option that allowes terrainforming through barriers on? If not try that and then make a small hill close to the rocks so you can pull the terrain over from there and form a cave ceiling over the rocks.

Great Idea. My Tip would've been to use Moss instead of Rocks and place a few other Plants on it too. Maybe you can do that if you'll have the same Problem in another Area

To anyone with a similar question, you could also null out a few sections of barrier and run a path on top of the rocks to provide an upper-level viewing area. You'll probably have to elevate the path slightly above the rocks, but you can connect it with more rocks. That leaves you whatever area the path doesn't cover for vegetation or habitat-related theming.
