I am trying to figure out what is going on with player factions. Brett C. sent me an email confirming our group's/faction's approval. (Daily Routine Gaming/Daily Routine Incorporated) I noticed a post a few days later with updated factions with no mention of our PMF and then the subsequent post about having a very large batch of player factions this go around. I would like to know if there is a problem with my faction or if I need to change something with my story before actually getting updated into the game. Thanks again for bringing us Elite: Dangerous and giving us this opportunity to be in the game. I hope to hear from somebody soon.
Any info from any Frontier employee about PMF would be helpful

It can take a while. Brett gets hundreds of these requests. It took us about 6 months to go in, but that was prior to the new streamlined process they have. If he sent your approval, you're going in on one of the upcoming patch cycles.
Thanks for the info and I do see Im far from being the only one waiting for upload to the game. Justing trying to make some noise for me and every other PMF waiting in queue.

They are usually pretty good at getting a PMF setup. Mine took a while (for my playergroup), but it's pretty damn cool once it's there. Fingers crossed for more functionality in the future.
Thanks for the update Brett, understand its a lot of work but it's always a shame when a patch goes by with no additional factions.
Is it possible to add them in without the patch? I'm guessing we wouldn't get the descriptions (which afaik need a client update) but i'm sure most could live with that turning up whenever if they were injected more frequently like the colonia ones and became playable faster.
I second this, could definitely live with system descriptions being added as and when, just really looking forward to having our own faction asap.
Though, as mentioned, appreciate the hard work going on behind the scenes to make this happen.
Tagging this thread for updates as I'm also waiting for a PMF to become active too. Its on the approved list that was released the other week.

Is the re-submission process to fill the form out again or do we just reply to the reject message with fixes?

So did you find anything out about DRInc.? Im guessing you guys are just busy with "The Return' and I support that being out and as good as it can be but I just want to make sure my factions approval didn't turn into a denial. I guess I'm just thrown off by the 4/16/17 approval date but I am also seeing it has taken some of my allies 9 months from that date. Any info would be helpful to my 20 plus members. Thanks for your time.
