Any Long Island VR users?

I live in the Hamptons area and I am looking for any VR uses for advice on setting up a VR system. What to buy and what not to buy. Im leaning towards an i7 9700, currently have a NVidia 1070 maybe should get a 2060, getting a RIFT S
