That is a lie. Unless you have a serious debilitating illness then you can continue. I train Jiu Jitsu twice a week and Muay Thai twice too, then one session of MMA. I'm 44. I just watched on Youtube a 62 year old MMA fighter beat a man over half his age. If you have kept well and even if you haven't you can quickly regain your fitness. Jiu Jitsu is especially good for disabled people. Stop making weak excuses and get after it.I haven't practised in over 8 years. Too old, I think.
