Come on FD..I would really like some kind of info on what is coming up and also what kind of schedule you have in mind regarding large updates and also fixes for the game. Why keep in so secret ?!

Next month they are releasing Space Farmville. When you land you can go and plant some vegetables in one of the Oculus stations. You then sit in a shed wait for them to grow then harvest them by spending power point merits.
Space goats on the farm are due out in 1.4.2 update.

I'm not worried about dates as such...just a vague idea about what is going on would be nice. I have enough patience to be able to wait but I do like to know where this game and I stand. It feels like I'm standing in a big space ghost pat right now !

No, we're told nothing. I bet the next update (rather than.minor patch) will be Cqc in December. Next announcement (in August) will be about the fps expansion which will be out Q1 2016 (read this as end of May 2016 as FD are never early with stuff). Happy to be wrong, rarely am though

I am so up for that. When can I sign up for the beta, will there be beetroot, can I have a Rhubarb patch ?

And a shed, not just a starter shed, something with expanded potting room... and an old Parker Knoll chair.

I really don't care about CQC. For me it is a completely separate thing to ED albeit under the same game. It is so far away from what Elite is about ! Next they'll be adding Jar Jar Binks to make kids laugh and off the loyal "older" gamers !

Due to inadequate griefer controls that shed will burn, those beetroot will be flung at passers by and an anaconda will be parked on your rhubarb patch.
