Any NEWS about what to expect after 1.2 multiplayer patch ?

Hi everybody !

I really enjoy this game and thanks FD to create it and enhanced it.

The point is that FD give us good visibility on what to expect to 1.2.

As it becomes closer, do we have any idea on what will be prepared next ? What do you think will be added in a near future : 2-3 month from now ??

would like to know as well, but dont dare to guess or hope for anything since i have been let down one too many times already
 
Yes, after the patch I expect a lot of griping how it has a) destroyed the game b) not been what was promised c) made me leave the game d) causes lots of crashes and finally e) will be followed rapidly by 1.2.01, 1.2.02 and 1.2.03.

There is a thread with quotes about things that are planned to be implemented in the future, but mostly without any timeframe. Pick your favourites.
 
Don t you think they could improve missions systems ? Developp military missions thanks to the naval fleet ranks ?

My worries about 1.2: Pirates grouping up to make it impossible for traders to run away.
At the same time that could be great, trader convoys may be forming... with bounty hunters as escorts. Or maybe a few trader anacondas partially fitted for battle joining up and giving those pirates a hard time.

The problem is - trading routes tend to be very individual and given the limited and instanced level of the implementation the chances of there being people going the same route as you and escorts is a bit slim.

If we have to form up outside of the game it's even worse.

But the game needs more features so i'm pleased there's another step forward. The galaxy is a big place. I'm trading profitably off the beaten track and rarely see another Cmndr anyway.
