So it's 2 pm here in the UK, assuming FD got into work around 08:30/09:00 this morning, has anyone seen any form of communication on any of their social media outlets?

Or do you think they are still battling through the 306 (and growing) pages of the 'Discuss the AI Here' Thread?

I wonder what the atmosphere is like in FD HQ so far this morning? I wonder if they have a good 'Spin Doctor' on the payroll?

Ed mentioned on his lunch time "I'm on a break so I've not got my FD hat on" stream that (and these are my words) some sort of communication on the issue was expected(so not confirmed) for today. They are looking at it, so we just need to wait.

Actually, probably not. There were some interesting observations about the new AI outside current bug issues hidden amongst the 'petulant threatened ragequit' and 'I'm too stupid to believe that there might be bugs so I'm going to insult the people who are having problems' comments.

It's like any office. They're back at work and they have meetings to plan what needs to happen and when, including when and what to say to us. You'll find them often quiet on Mondays for the same reason.

regarding the poll, If you add the "Too easy" to the "Just right" (never mind the "others") your talking about a 0.29% difference ... and how many of those that voted "Too hard" were voting because of the "Rate of fire" bug ? ... I hazard a guess at 'Quite a lot'

Once that bug is squished I'd like to see that poll run again, I bet the results will be very different.
