Anyone know if we can expect any news/updates today?

I remember reading that alpha 2 is next week at some point, and the newsletter has been delayed to next week also, but is the video still expected today (Fri)?

No news on the news afaik. I think Michael said the dev diary video was still aiming to get out towards the end of this week, but no firm promises.

I too, am getting a bit twitchy for some kind of update, but I guess we simply have to wait until FD are ready - and I would not have it any other way.

there was a launcher update for the Alpha yesterday in preparation for the Alpha update (if that qualifies as news). Presumably this one is self updating? It also allows more than one "News" story to appear in the launcher. Not a feature I'd have thought was a priority just yet :D

Patience is the key. When there is some information everyone will be in the know but currently all we can all do is wait and try to keep calm. :)

The newsletter has been delayed slightly but should be out sometime next week and as for the update video this is also getting worked on and it *might* be here this week but there are no promises. :)

did we ever got an update on a Friday , nah.
not suspecting anything this week.
I bet its going to be Thursday again.
but in this case happy to be mistaking.

lunchtime. Fdev have a weekly friday jaunt to the local pub, they'll release it and head off for their pint of ale and a warming plate of steak pie and chips*

(*I hope this is all true)
