any one else ran into an invisible barier whilst trying to enter or leave a station?

for some reasion I seem to hit some sort of barrier whlst trying to leave the large stations, the ship justs stops (takes damage), try flying backward (or then taking damage no effect) I've tried rolling, pitching and yew (no effect, just more damage) even tried my lateral thrusters. then flight control going on about blocking the entrance. end up getting shot at for making no attempt to move.

yet another 5m credit loan (just bought the ship and all)

I remember when the Cutter came out, she had reversed landing gear hitboxes (they were there when landing gear was retracted and vice versa), so one had to fly through the letter box with landing gear down.

Maybe it's something similar. Some invisible hitbox that is getting stuck, somewhere. (I haven't encountered that, so it may be ship or station specific)

I think, I had the same happen to me in live build yesterday with my Conda and my Type-10. Believe me, I usually know how to get both ships through the slot. I though, I was tired at the time and that I missed the correct alignment.
But it could be something new...

Beluga, I just got my rep upto the point were I'm getting some big jobs, bought a new ship and got stuck in the slot

The beluga has those huge fins. Perfect for getting you stuck and you not realizing why, especially if you're new to flying the thing.

Double check and make sure you're getting the whole ship through the slot. Most likely scenario is that one of your extended fins is hanging up on the slot somewhere because you haven't quite lined up correctly for the new ship you're flying.

Actually I had that problem once with the Type 7, because I wasn't accounting for the fact that the bridge on the type 7 is offset, so I was getting stuck because I was in the middle of mail slot when I should have been lining up along the "floor" to get my huge canopy through the door

Not recently. Had it happen at an outpost a while back if you can believe it. I was well away from the outpost then crashed into....something.
