Im having trouble with gefoce shadow play at the mo and i keep getting malfunction and not enough energy for boost drives off line mesages spamming on my info panel to.

I cant work out of its all linked or what

With me, it is a hardware issue; laptop.

Don't ask it to do more than one thing at once, is a good idea; when considering that our 'ship's computer', has the memory span of your basic goldfish.

I had the same issue on Xbox One, especially the first time I jumped after loading the game. Fr...ame shi...ft drive charging. Fo...ur, three, two, one, engage.

But it looks like today's update may have fixed this. I haven't heard the problem today.

Mine says: Four, two, engage.

I had a lot of issues lately which seemed to be my RAM maxing out constantly (16 GB)... same things described in OP as well as lag when looking at menu panels. I did some searching and disabling the 'Superfetch' windows service seems to have cleared it up for me.

Im running an i7 with 32gig ram and gtx1070. Im not shure its my hardware. Unless its some config or conflict i have. I will try that superfetch service but i think i have tryed turning that off inthe past and it just starts back up 2 seconds later

Stop the service and change the startup type from Automatic to Manual as well... that should stop it constantly coming back.

I had the same issue after last update, i noticed my 2nd SSD had vanished, so i checked it was plugged in seemed fine, turn PC on re-appeared came on elite dangerous sound was doing exact same thing, after few days started to annoy me so reconnected my Sata cable for the same SSD and it stopped. Have not had the issue since.

I had long suspected that my hard drive was to blame for the stutters i get sometimes where the game pawses for a moment and then starts again and any buttons i was pressing at the time continue to be input untill i press them again. But this i dont think is the same thing.

Yes, it's a bug for sure, but haven't tried on current patch 2.4.03 patch. Can anyone confirm if it happens on the latest patch?
