Any one have experience with thrustmaster support / returns

I got the TWCS throttle and t1600 stick last october and the rudder rocker on the throttle quit working after about 2 months. I started using the twist on the stick to replace its functionality and now the stick is giving random ghost inputs on that axis.
I called and requested a return on the throttle today and im wondering how long i might have to wait to hear back on the email, images and video they requested.
 
In fairness to thrustmaster thought i should update this, they emailed me approximately 2 hours after my first call to tell me that i should have a new throttle delivered in 2 weeks or less.

If the items are in warranty they are pretty good.

I've never had a problem with the throttle, but so far I've had three sticks with the phantom yaw - it's a faulty, very cheap, potentiometer - and they have, with minimum fuss replaced two. They declined to replace the first replacement, which developed the fault also.
 
Got an email today that the replacement throttle would be delivered tomorrow FedEx. Quick work.
4 stars for thrustmaster warranty and returns, maybe not that much for their actual products :)
