Any one notice a slowdown in combat rank advancement?

Just finished Elite in Trade and Exploration. Went to a comp beacon and popped a bunch of targets above my combat level (I'm currently master on this account). Didn't progress a single percent.

Logged in and out, still no change.

Working fine for me. I went up 4% to 75% Deadly over the last week thanks to conflict zones, and having to finish the green bar in a single sitting.

You understand the further you progress in combat rank the more you have to kill.

For instance to go from deadly to elite you have to kill 2000 elites.

2000 or more not sure need to check the wiki again.
