Salutations Jaques Community,

I am disturbed by the new community goal, "The Colonia Connection."

I am perfectly content being ~1000 jumps from the Bubble.

I have enjoyed the last few weeks of building, mining, exploring and PEACE out here in the Colonia.

Do we need a bridge for the corrupt Empire and the vapid Federation to embroil our community in their genocidal conflicts?

Do we want to make it easier for Pirates and Griefers to infect our sky with their poison?

Do we want to envision, create and build a better society?

I know not what course others may take, but I will resist.

Well the CG is already at tier 1.

So we're getting it whether you like it or not. Lol

I did 2 runs in my Anaconda, then gave up. That's about as much bulk trading as I can cope with this month. :D
I don't know why I even own an Anaconda...

Not against the concept, but the implementation is typical FD kicking the player base in the reproductive anatomy.

We've been talking about things like this for over a month, and it unilaterally becomes an NPC project out of nowhere.

Just bubble 2.0...same deal as the original now...dock in solo, do what needs to be done and leave in solo. What was special and unique about Jacques just evaporated, and it's about to be taken over by the same madness that some of us came out here to avoid. I might have felt a part of a loose sorta community of explorers, but now that feeling has gone...utterly.
