Mine came in today and my gods, that clarity, I can see everything clear as day and don't NEED my glasses which was a nice change, though still trying to find the best adjustment for sitting on my head, getting used to that halo is proving more annoying than I thought it would. The FOV gain was glorious as well, being able to see more out of the corner of my eyes made a better difference than I expected, not including that refresh rate, not getting that weird effect on the sides anymore when looking around in effect heavy areas was nice, or at least drastically improved!

I did, but i'm yet to properly try it out. Reinstalled Elite after around 2.5 years purely to try out the Index, but need to re-do my bindings again which put me off for now... will post up my findings too once i've got there..
Lucky in the sense of getting to order it since it runs out of stock pretty much instantly, was lucky enough for my reserve to go into effect last friday to order my hmd.
My previous headset was a vive, no it doesn't have focus adjustment but I don't need to use my glasses because the lcds are so much clearer ontop of the better resolution.

I got mine on Friday.
It's a BIG step up from my Vive.
The clarity is sooooo good.
More FOV gives you an advantage in combat.
It's lighter, and has better weight distribution.
Much easier to put on, and take off when you wear glasses.
I love it!
