Any Outcast players around

Outcast was one of the most interesting game of the 90s, with voxel based free form 3d, great ambience and music.

Currently there is ongoing Kickstarter (https://www.kickstarter.com/projects/outcast-reboot-hd/outcast-reboot-hd?ref=live), already referred on the Kickstarters thread.

Any other players with fond memories of this game?

When I first played this game my old computer just wasn't up to the task. I played through again just a couple of years ago. I had all the graphics knobs twisted over to eleven but the voxel technology meant it still looked as pixilated as a bucket of Lego.

I wouldn't mind another run through with a better picture quality. Believe me, the story is worth experiencing again. I hope they make the Oculus Rift target. It'll be back to the blockiness but at least this time it will be in glorious Rift-O-Vision.

I loved this game back in the day. Awesome story! Cheesy, yes, but very fun.
