RCT 3 PC Any Patches or Updates for RCT Platinum?

Hi, is there any updates or patches for RCT3 Platinum. I know that people have had problems when creating large parks with lag and performance, but i feel with a new up-to-date computer and this game being almost 10 years old and running on windows xp, it should be running smooth. I have read that the wild patch 3 can be used on platinum. Any suggestions?

You can try Wild Update 3 as long as you are using the disk version of the game. It won't work with a downloaded version.
