Engineers Any reason to unlock Colonel Bris Dekker?

All,
I have lvl 5 access to all the engineers except Colonel Bris Dekker, the question is why should I bother with her, as all that she offers is lvl 4 Frame Shift Drive Interdictor (I know this is the only one for lvl 4 but is it really needed?) and Lvl 3 FSD, what am I missing?

Currently not worth the bother but at some point Thargoid mods will be in the game (mats and data are here already filling up my limited storage! ;)) so it's down to unlock now or later as an Engineer with FSD knowledge might be one that can set you up with a Thargoid enhanced FSD, TBH I just done it to complete the set although giving away 1 mil in C bonds was annoying.

I use the FSDI expanded arc capture thingy-me-bo, so she is the only engineer currently able to offer me a G4 upgrade on this!

Get her done now in case any of her requirements get harder to get

Grade 5?

The real question is: how to unlock grade 5. This is FSDI with 360 face limit, so you can interdict ship face to face.

After finished grade 4 Colonel ask for some misterious interesting tech. Anyone know what? Something from rare commodities list perhaps?
