Any speculation or info on the 1080 ti price and release date?

There's supposedly a leak now saying that 980ti owners will get some sort of discount in a "step-up" campaign by Nvidia.
The 1080ti card is rumoured to have slightly less Cuda cores than the Titan XP, 10gb VRAM and will have a price tag just shy of one thousand dollars.

Plenty of speculation around, not many facts

You'll probably have to wait til CES (Jan 5) for the launch though some think Nvidia might announce it before then.

IMO videocardz.com is the best source for this sort of thing - they strike a good balance between rumours/speculation and credible sources.
