Any suggestion on NW USA Jurassic Challenge?

Finished all other 4 in Jurassic difficulty, Canda was the toughest to me.
I heard this was the most difficult one, so gonna save it till the end, any advices on it?
From what I did in Hard Mode, the main problem was to get the feeder unlocked and get the very high appeal requirement done.

Most important thing, should I fill the 20 species or ignore it?
