Any tips on finding asteroids with fissures?

A really good way to find fissures is to pop a prospector limpet into a promising looking asteroid and all of the fissures (if any) will be marked. Then you can examine them up close to familiarize yourself with what to look for. I never worry about it. I have simply learned to recognize mother-lode asteroids by appearance, then pulse wave analysis, then confirm using a prospector limpet. A prospector limpet also marks all the fissures for optimal seismic charge placement.

There is only one physical asteroid model with fissures. You will recognize it with enough practice. You will stop prospecting asteroids (even with a strong pulse wave signature) that don't match the model after a while. It will speed up the process.

Cool. Thank you all.

Found 2 mother loads and cashed in about 11m. It's quite satisfying. 2nd one was so much quicker knowing what to look for.

Love the big bang too!
