Any update on the animals losing medals in trade center bug?

Heya guys, unfortunately this seems to be happening 100% of the time now, and I know someone asked for screenshots so I took some today.

Immediately after putting him in the trade center it displays no medal (stats have changed too, but only a bit)

This is preventing me from fully enjoying franchise mode, especially cause the bug (or is it intended?) occurs every single time :/

Until it is fixed I'd suggest everyone to note down the actual rank after the animal's name. It has helped me a lot when trading offspring. Otherwise it takes ages for people to notice the individual stats.

I also have that, but ive also reported an issue with the medal rating.. Ive put over 60 GOLDEN border flamingos in the tradecentre, to found out that i had like 20 golden flamingos :/ (the other 40 were silver, bronze or no border at all) when i put them back in the habitat they are golden again (on facebook i see this issue also for a long time)

I want to give an update on this:

Thanks to the challenge this week, I've noticed something that might help the developers find the source of the issue. Since we get points only for animals rating silver and up, I noticed animals count as silver only if they are high enough to rank as silver in the trade center give you challenge points. So when a silver animal is born, and while it is still outside the trade center, it will not count as silver if it will not qualify as silver in the trade center and doesn't count towards the challenge. This tells me animals actually don't lose their medals but have cosmetically higher medals outside the trade center. The game at least knows they are silver or not even before placing them in the trade center. I hope this helps.

I had 2 silver camels that were born and did not count. When they were grown up, i placed them in the tradecentre to sell and they were still silver.

Maybe that's why the challenge has been stuck at 94% all day, not a single silver animal counts anymore... I've gotten alot of silver animals born today, but not a single one of them shows as silver in the trade centre. This is getting rediculus....

Oh? When I saw 94% 24 hours before completion I was certain the challenge was going to be a success. Maybe that explains @LillidarAn's case because I had tested with it quite a bit before it was stuck at 94%

My Franchise Zoo was recently saved from the perpetual loading bug, and so today I participated in a community challenge for the first time. I got 30 animals towards it, during the time it said 94%. So it seems not everybody was affected?

So disappointed it failed :( I wanted my 2 animals :(
