Very often i need to copy the system name im in to an external website (like eddb) and its very difficult when it looks like Blaa Phoe OD-I c10-60 for example
Is there a way to copy the system name to the pc clipboard? I haven't found any so far
Yes but not in game. I use a small program called Capture2text. It takes a screenshot of part of the screen then OCR's it and puts the resulting text in the clipboard.
It is not 100% accurate but it does the job mostly.

Fiddly, but you could bookmark it and then edit the bookmark name.
There are also various third party applications that know where you are via the api, possibly one of them exposes it in a selectable label.

There's a long way to do it. C:\Users\{username}\Saved Games\Frontier Developments\Elite Dangerous. Open the most recent log and search for "Starsystem".
There is an automated way to do the above. Captains Log 2 does that automatically and displays and records your trip details on an overlay (if required).

You need to have a detailed surface scanner for it to record which planets and moons you scan.
