Any way to get a proper F10 1080p capture with the rift?

I mean without the auxiliary screen, so to avoid the stereoscopic dual images we get by default. Any ideas if this is possible at all?

The rift is a double edged sword... on the one hand it gives you a great experience, on the other it makes it really hard to capture in pics or video without having to pay big in performance...
