Any way to get rid of the shimmering?

Love this game but something is really annoying me to the point im about to give up. Its the horrible shimmering present in all the edges, and since the game does not use TAA or derivated, it looks pretty terrible. I was wondering is there any way, through nvidia inspector or something to get rid of this problem? i know people of the dx11 generation will have no clue about what im talking about, but people who actually want visual quality in their games will. Any advise is very welcome.
