Newcomer / Intro any way to mark notes on the galexy map?

So, the galaxy is huge and It would be really cool if we could have some kind of tag you could add to systems you want to keep track of. Like a system that sells really good equipment or one with an easily accessible black market or one with a rare commodity.

Is there any tool that allows you to do that?

Much LOLed! Would add a recommendation of an extra ink refill and a thicker pad personally.

I have an Excel spreadsheet open on my 2nd monitor, but yeah, being able to do this in-game would be a really, _really_ good thing.

I've got spreadsheets the problem is I've got so much data it doens't translate easily to a ginormous 3D map. If I'm trying to find out where the nearest black market is I have to literally input all of my known black market locations to figure out which is closest to my current location instead of just looking at the map for the closest black market icon. I'm not saying all this should be automatically populated, we just need a tool that lets us add tags to systems that we can add our own notes to. With a galaxy map as huge as this one this would seem like a common sense feature.
