'yes' is the answer though it is still an in progress thing, I can't remember, but because gear vr is made in collaboration with Occulus, there has been found ways to trick it to think you are using oculus hardware, and steam vr should work with that?I play ED with a DK2 and love every minute of it. However, I also have a Gear VR and the resolution is quite a bit better. Does anyone know if this can be done ? Can you stream ED gameplay to the Gear VR ?
until phones have a hdmi input or a specific wireless streaming api (not wifi) its never going to be good enough.
You could use an app on your phone like vr-streamer, intugame vr or trinus but it would be very slow and latent and laggy and generally terrible even if the phone is usb tethered to the pc.
