Yeah man, that was one of my favorite parts of Elite 2. The bulletin boards seem rather incomplete without them.

and ships like the Orca and Imperial Clipper should have some special benefit in that area as they are meant o be luxurious passenger carriers

It was only confirmed that they won't be coming in 1.3, sadly... it's "still on their list"...
