This is the second time I've had a message like this now, and I've not been able to figure out what it's about.
Both times I've been close to a station with outfitting along the DW2 route (Jaques and Explorers' Anchorage) but have been unable to find anything other than the usual stuff there, when looking at all the contacts, and at everything within the outfitting options (I thought maybe it might reference a new decal for CG participation or something) there's nothing.
I'm somewhat at a loss.
Any attempt at googling the text of the message, in whole or in part, brings up nothing ED-related.
Is this part of some kind of player-run Roleplay/ARG thing? Am I expected to understand it? Is it a game mechanic implemented alongside the codex that is not functional yet?
Help in comprehending it would be appreciated.
