Engineers Anyone able to find Proto Heat Radiators?

Finding HGE even in high pop sytems is a pain in itself. Now I managed to find one each in three different Alliance and independent systems with boom and/or investment and all three contained Proto Light and Radiolic Alloys only. It was way easier to find PHR before 3.3.

I just went in an Fed Investment system by chance. Found two HGE, although belonging to a MF in war resp. civil war. Gave it a try for Military Supercapacitors. Guess what? Found Core Dynamics Composites only in both of them.

For me it's quite clear that this new system is a mess.

Yeah I filled up from 1 to 100 in about 40 mins

I went to imperial system in boom, large population type military extract

go to hip 14031

HIP 14031 - uncontrolled by super power (prob doesn't matter) but is independent, in boom, and has a decent population and high tech + industrial economy - 0 - 100 in 20 min at High Grade Emissions. [up]

Unfortunately, I was able to find ONLY PHRs so far... :eek:

Hey guys well I was getting now where with Finding Proto Heat Radiators in all the boom places so I went back to home base of Shinrarta and I did the oh well lets check the Nav Beacon and hey there was a HGE ohly 2k away so I said why not and would you believe it 5 of those little Protos just sitting there damn it lol

just did another scan on the Nav Beacon and got another HGE with 3 of them this time and only 40ls from beacon so nice of them lol
