Ships Anyone bought military paint and got pics to show off?

It's not the best shot in the book, but here's a quick screenie I took last night of my new Military Blue Clipper, the Star Witch...

Still trying to figure out what military would use those colors.... Tactical was more close to the mark than anything if you didn't go with camo.

Pink is used alot in military circles, it is an excellent camoflage in desert conditions. take the classic 'pinky' long wheel based Land-Rover used by the SAS by David Sterling in WW2. SAS mobility troop still call thier land rovers/UV's 'pinkies' despite not being pink at all aymore:

SNaomiScott, that's exactly what my Clipper looks like, too - in my book, it's the nicest of the current paintjobs on offer, though I quite like the white with black detailing look too :)

I was torn between the blue (which is apparently now called Marine Blue according to the store page) and the green (Dark Green), and decide the blue looks better with the blue coach lines on the Clipper.

Having said that, I have no doubt that at some point I'll be giving all of my ships new paint jobs at some point or another, for no better reason than 'because'. :)
