On my carrier, trying to strip down a ship to a shell and rename it... enter "Livery" screen and get "STAND BY" indefinitely...

Anyone else get stuck trying to get into the livery screen?

I had to load Odyssey to get into Livery last night - OMG what a complete pile of stinking jobbie that is, someone in F D needs to get a grip.
FC Livery working fine for me (Horizons at the moment)
It was taken down yesterday after adding the new anaconda paints...
The Web DLC store also had sections down at the same time...
You can now access the Sheer line new paint of your anacondas again in game...

Hmm i wonder if this is related to a bug i had yesterday, where i zeroed my game progress to start over and as soon as i got into Holo-me it just span it's wheels 'loading other commanders' indefinitely and i could not get out of that screen without reloading the game from scratch.
I did give a bug report about it, but it sounds like a failure to retrieve some server data, which sounds like the issue the OP reported here.
I'll give it another go and see if i can create my char now.
