Anyone else getting alot of disconnects and crashes back to desktop since the latest patch and or the epic giveaway?

Cool story bro!
Frontier lease AWS net services. These can take time to scale up to meet demand. Some busier areas might need a day or two. Don't forget cyber Monday and black Friday and all that has been covid wise going on too.
Anyone got numbers for new epic players?
I work in DevOps, I know how AWS works. I never had any issues with my product and it is a big one (national reach with millions of users every day) so please keep your revelations to yourself... If you want any scaling you need to pay extra for it and make sure your stuff can actually use that extra muscle. FDev is too lazy to do that... They are all about taking the money not spend these...

Mate. you've proved that you have no idea what are you talking about here:

The whole idea of using AWS is to prevent this type of issues. But again, you didn't know... And if you say I am not right tell me this. Why is that happening for the last like two weeks since we had Epic give-away?? That means to me that either FDev are incompetent or just plain greedy not increasing the capacity of the infrastructure. And yes, this is my opinion...

I'm in Canada, no trouble since Tuesday. Some areas are still having problems, just saying to can be a traffic specific issues with certain ISPs. Not all of them pay for big pipes or full access to AWS. The shopping period also can also affect it.
Pretty sure FD has big pockets and pay for the highest tier service, but I'm guessing.
I had the lagging and its all good now.
I am not FD's apologist, but you could cut them some slack.
It is a P to P net after all, very dependent on clients computers and their providers net quality.
I am not in "DevOps" so what would I know eh.
I work in Bell's NOC in Montreal.

I used to work in NOC but since that time I've progressed a bit - it is DevOps now because as a network engineer I have a lot of fun delivering solutions that actually do what I want them to do... However as a NOC person you should know how AWS is used - or at least what it is used for - I am not going to cut them any slack because in my universe my Customers are absolutely everything. They pay money and they have full rights to expect the best service possible. FDev is failing to deliver that great experience to all Customers. I do not play last few days because lag is there, game is kicking me out at random and it looks like I am not the only one. I am very happy for Canada to have better experience but here in the UK I can't say I have the same...

I did have some occasions where the gamepace was "sticky." Taking "forever" to load in system maps: even corrected by the too high settings I'm running and taking a second or 2 to get out of FSD when jumping to the next system.

I work in pizza hut, and our ovens have coped fine with the extra traffic on the servers for home delivery.

Had no problem with my pizza yesterday. But then again; I didn't order at Pizza the Hutt... And no. You still can't have my stuff!! You can have my tax collection letters for that matter though.
