CQC Anyone else having an issue with XP points being credited?

I noticed yesterday (10/26/2016) with the new build that XP points in CQC were not being added to my total under stats - my winning streak, etc. were not being added either. I verified my files and rebooted and it looked like I had fixed it, it added points from the game I was playing, but then it reset to total xp points I had at the start of the day.

I started a ticket but I thought I would mention it here in case others are having the same issues and hadn't noticed.

At least one other player I spoke with is not having the issue - so it my be specific to my install. But best to check.

It's just you. The FDEV gods have ruled that you will never be elite! [hehe] Sriously, I'll check this evening
 
I checked yesterday and did two - three matches, even if they don't give EXP points, I don't give a S#|t if now I can play!! HAHAHAHAHA
Let's see how much it will last.
But free custom lobbies with a list would be way better :D
 
Commander Scoopy confirmed the problem and submitted a bug report.

He determined that stats reset to an earlier date when you exit the game - next start of game does not reflect points.

Kinda a pain if you are slaving towards elite in cqc.

I got this message regarding a ticket I submitted prior to confirming this is a bug:

"Thanks for getting in touch with us! Sorry for the delay in our responses at the moment, we're working to get this back to normal as soon as we can.

You are indeed correct and this is a known issue that we're currently investigating. Unfortunately as this appears to be an in-game bug we don't currently have a workaround for you at this time but we hope to have it resolved shortly.

Please do let us know if there's anything else we can do in the meanwhile though!:

How terribly polite. I suspect this won't take them long to resolve. My guess is for the next patch
 
Did your XP get backfilled?

I'm not sure about the lost xp points. They may have made a partial award -I'm up about 10,000 from the "groundhog day" total, or it may just be I earned that amount since the point that the problem was corrected. Certainly not the amount I would have earned over the past three or four days.
