Anyone Else Lost Stored Items and Ships????

So since the Beyond update I've lost all of my stored modules, and stored ships (only 1, my beloved 1st Sidewinder)!

Anyone else suffered the same?

FD Any plans to fix it?

First off, if these are things you had acquired in the beta, then they will not be in the live game. The two are entirely separate, so any progress that you might have made in the beta is gone when the beta finished.

If this is not the case, and things you had in the live game prior to the update have gone, then you should submit a support ticket, and it's highly likely that they will be able to reinstate anything that has gone amiss.

I've noticed when storing modules and going back to check them, they weren't there... nothing to do with Beta.

Yeah, you should open a ticket. The “first Sidewinder” isn’t something that was picked up in beta, unless your very first experience with the game was the beta, which is doubtful.

I normally play Ironman mode, but try and keep my first Sidewinder, for the memories!

I'd only got as far as buying a Cobra Mk3 in my latest iteration of the game (Been playing Ironman for years, best ship I've had so far has been a Python), but I had loads of stored modules so I could alter the ship to suit my current mission. I can't remember what modules I had stored, definitely and SRV and hanger though.

The weird thing is that there is a PIN in the Galaxy Map for where my Sidewinder is stored, but its not listed in my stored ships, even when I am docked at the Port I stored it at!!!

Support is the only answer here.
I suppose you could also look through your journal files to see if that gives any clues:

I've never rage quit.

Frontier Support did restore my lost ship, however, as an Ironman mode player, I've just been shot up, and have had to reset my profile and start again.

I will probably keep playing in Ironman mode until I Discover or tag a system!

First thing I did when the new release went live and I could get in the game was to check all my ships and stored modules. Everything was safe and sound.
