Out of system, in system, doesn't matter.

Authority contacts will accept anything.

This is super convenient. You have an opportunity here, FD. A solid QOL opporunity.

1) Let us turn in bounties at any authority contact for straight cash.
2) Let us turn in bounties at system/jurisdiction authority contacts for cash+rep+inf

Make it so.

I got a bounty i cant clear. Its at an engineer site. I accidently discharged my shiny new weapons and now i cant clear the fine. I been to every port in system and get no joy. It says bounty at trophy camp but there are no facilities to pay up at the engineers camp

I have been wondering if it's (one of the) reasons the BGS is going crazy nowadays

our testing to date has shown that all these bounties do not help the station owner where cashed. We haven't confirmed if there are any effects in the systems where the bounties were earned. I suspect that it acts like the IF with no effect. A single bounty transaction can be made up from kills from multiple systems. I dont even know how the BGS hamster could/would parse that.
