Anyone else still having issues with muted audio on screens still playing after a load?

As the title says, im still having issues with screens still playing audio after loading a save, even tho they say they are muted.
I think i have tracked it down to scaling as it seems to work if i leave the screens at 100% scale. But im still testing.

Edit; Scaling doesnt always seam to fix the issue. I have two, 2m screens next to eachother (neither scaled), both playing exactly the same video (Queen Splash mascot landscape) and both are muted. But after a save and load, one is playing audio and the other is not!
