Anyone found any of the 'now working' negative faction consequences in 3.3.03?

Retreat might be active as a State, but so far only the fewest (if at all) will succeed, even if all but two (P)MF are not locked by any conflict.

I'm seeing quite regular successful retreats in my local, rather busy, area of space. Almost all are unregarded factions that probably expanded some time in the past essentially by accident rather than by design. There's probably more turn-over of NPC factions expanding and retreating in this area than I've seen in a long while. It could be caused by the early weirdness in the BGS changes stirring things up and them now settling back down.

We were trying to evict our PMF out of a useless System we got expanded in a while ago. Worked well until the 2nd live day when we suddenly bumped up +10% despite working mainly for the controlling MF there. Day after that we ended up in pending another useless War, making the Retreat impossible.

Guess we simply don't care at this point any longer and let us go Ping-Pong in Systems that are of no value for our plans.

It feels like it works ok as long as no players get involved. As soon as somebody tries to help it along strange things happen.

Noticed today that all the Assassination missions I handed in yesterday have lost their negative Economy effect - which is troubling as they're the best way to attempt Famines - anyone else seeing this?

(I'll run some 'fresh' assassinations and look at the result pages - the above is based on journal content. Might also be the faction's current Outbreak / Lockdown / Bust states I guess, but I didn't see the same before the BGS update). Otherwise I guess the faction is going to drift back to None again, like when the BGS was broken last week....

Edit: Looks like not all assassination missions have lost their -ve Eco effect - currently looks like they are nerfed when the target faction has an Outbreak, more testing before the bug report I guess...

If you are looking for negatives states, look on the edge of the bubble for horizon systems. They are decaying over time with no traffic. That is why it is not reflected also in the above graphic shown by Mangal.

Finally, I have tested neg trading lately but it should be THE way to neg economy sliders.
