Anyone getting these on foot issues?

I've got two things happening to me at the moment.

Exobiology scans now throw an error and dump me to the main menu.

If I log off too quickly after a mission hand in, I seem to log back on to a failed mission.

I can't seem to find anyone reporting these in the issue tracker so I'm wondering if it's just me?

Random bad things like this are not uncommon in the current version of EDO. I assume you have validated files, and if playing on Steam, validating through Frontier not Steam? Any graphics heat etc glitches accompanying the game events?

Yeah have done, and I regularly clean my PC out with compressed air so I'm reasonably sure it's not heat.

I have discovered the plant scanning issue on the tracker now (wasn't picking the right search terms), so that's definitely not just me. Apparently happens if you've collected and handed a sample in, it crashes on a resample. So there's that!
