Anyone got a part built challenge park to share?

I have spent a long time building parks from the ground up but I have a creative block currently and instead of starting from scratch I would like to jump into an existing park and pick up the reigns. Unfortunately all the parks I download are complete or down below 20fps so I am looking for a part built challenge park that I can continue to expand. Challenge parks interest me more because I like to manage the park at the same time. If anyone can share a part built park I would be pleased to view it.
