Anyone got some tips for 4 starring Nublar North and Tacano Research?

Depends on how you are in the game.
I had my park rating in claire's sanctuary at 3 stars, so I incubated 2 tyrannosaurs, each with a rating of 420 to meet the dinosaur quota I need to reach 4 stars.
But ultimately, play these maps like any other park map. For the Tacano Research, it is relatively small, so you do not need any transportation trains for the park. I also believe you just need a single hotel. Likewise the weather in that map will only ever rain at most, so if your dinosaurs are in a comfortable enclosure, you could use standard low fencing and not need power. Likewise, I would suggest plenty of genetically modified dinosaurs so that you could get the dinosaur rating you need to reach the required 4 stars.

For Tacaño research I had a central area with my restaurant, clothes shop, bar, and arcade. I kept the starter enclosure, and built a monorail around the border of it to the western open space. I built an enclosure there, and attached an adjacent enclosure to that one.
To the east I had a partitioned giant triple enclosure that wrapped around one hotel and a couple viewing stations. My monorail has its last stop at that half circle by the hotel.
For my dinos I had

That gave me a five star. All you need is a central area with your shops and just 1 hotel and be clever with sparse paths. The monorail can get you your dinosaur viewing percentage without too much intrusion on your space. Viewing platforms tucked into your square can also be very helpful.
