I took a mission to kill pirates. Flew around for what felt like an hour in system, and probably a little less than that. Every single USS I entered was the same encounter. 4 NPCs flying around in mid-level ships (Adders, Eagles, Cobras, etc) simply flying around in circles. It never deviated to traders, nor police, and especially not pirates. It was certainly over 10 USS entered, and I finally had enough.
Anyone have problems like this tonight, or before?
