I recently colonized HIP 5480. Built a Coriolis Type 2 around a rocky moon. Since the last Tick and Upgrade my starport become a refinery colony. Producing metals and other refinery commodities which I used to build a number of facilities and installations in my system.
My starport was completed prior to both the upgrade and the last tic, but it appears to be still under construction and not rotating. Came on this morning and now my I cannot buy or sell any commodities at my station. Anyone else having issues?
