I used compromised nav beacons at LTT 4487 and LTT 4497 for ranking up a while ago, don't know if they are still compromised though.

I usually hang out at either HR 4979 or Fong . HR 4979 only has a land base for repair/restock (McArthur Port) but it has a fair few HazRES sites, which make it worthwhile if you have Horizons.

Stunningly useful site. Put in where you are and it'll tell you the nearest RES and compromised beacons.

Personally i go to lhs 317. Its my shinrata region hazres i currently am farming. You will see the hazres right away in the system nav map when you drop in. Less than 1000 ls from the star. And has a nice orbital port orbiting the hazres gas giant

+1 for LHS 317 ... station is only 0.56Ls from the Haz and the 'night' phase of the rings is exceptionally shot and sometimes depending on orbit stage of the planet non-existant
