Horizons Anyone know what this message from a station scan is about?

Anyone know what this message means? or any ideas as to what I might find...

Visited Ruka and didn't seem to find anything related. Not visited the other site mentioned yet just to see if it there is anything there.

The station is somewhere in the Xi-2 Lupi system.

Well Ive been doing a bit of exploration and i have narrowed it down to 3 systems that each of the logs have mentioned so we'll see how it goes
